  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-8344, to House File
  1  2 2186, as passed by the House as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 7, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "dollars," the following:  "and eighty hours of
  1  5 community service or, in lieu of the community
  1  6 service, a minimum of four thousand dollars and not
  1  7 more than ten thousand dollars,".
  1  8    #2.  Page 1, line 11, by inserting after the word
  1  9 "dollars," the following:  "and eighty hours of
  1 10 community service or, in lieu of the community
  1 11 service, a minimum of ten thousand dollars and not
  1 12 more than twenty thousand dollars,".
