  1  1    Amend House File 2186, as passed by the House, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 8 through 25, and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "(1)  150 points or less:  A minimum of two
  1  6 thousand dollars and not more than five thousand
  1  7 dollars, in an amount that is deemed reasonable by the
  1  8 court.
  1  9    (2)  More than 150 points:  A minimum of five
  1 10 thousand dollars and not more than ten thousand
  1 11 dollars, in an amount that is deemed reasonable by the
  1 12 court."
