  1  1    Amend House File 2481, as passed by the House, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "If the purposes of a dispositional order have not
  1  6 been accomplished due to the failure of the state to
  1  7 fully fund necessary services for the child, the court
  1  8 shall not terminate the order under this subsection."
