  1  6    ELIMINATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS.

  1  8 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:

  1 10    Section 1.  Section 159.5, subsections 12 and 15, Code
  1 11 2003, are amended by striking the subsections.
  1 12    Sec. 2.  Section 161A.11, Code 2003, is repealed.
