  1  1             HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 102
  1  2                   By Rants and Murphy
  1  3    BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, THE
  1  4 SENATE CONCURRING, That a joint convention of the two
  1  5 houses of the 2004 session of the Eightieth General
  1  6 Assembly be held on Wednesday, January 14, 2004, at
  1  7 10:00 a.m.; and
  1  8    BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Chief Justice Lavorato
  1  9 be invited to present his message of the condition of
  1 10 the judicial branch at this convention, and recommend
  1 11 such matters as the Chief Justice deems expedient,
  1 12 pursuant to section 602.1207 of the Code.
