  1  1             HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 101
  1  2                   By Rants and Murphy
  1  3    BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, THE
  1  4 SENATE CONCURRING, That a joint convention of the two
  1  5 houses of the 2004 session of the Eightieth General
  1  6 Assembly be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2004, at
  1  7 10:00 a.m.; and
  1  8    BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Governor Thomas J.
  1  9 Vilsack be invited to deliver his condition of the
  1 10 state and budget message at this joint convention of
  1 11 the two houses of the General Assembly, and that the
  1 12 Speaker of the House of Representatives and the
  1 13 President of the Senate be designated to extend the
  1 14 invitation to him.
