  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8082, to House File 2302 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 1 through 5 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 2, by striking lines 11 through 17.
  1  6    #   .  Page 2, line 18, by striking the words and
  1  7 figures "subsections 1, 2, 3, and", and inserting the
  1  8 following:  "subsection".
  1  9    #   .  Page 2, line 19, by striking the word "are",
  1 10 and inserting the following:  "is".
  1 11    #   .  By striking page 2, line 20 through page 3,
  1 12 line 21, and inserting the following:
  1 13    "4.  Commission members are each entitled to
  1 14 receive an annual salary of six thousand dollars.
  1 15 Members shall also be reimbursed for actual expenses
  1 16 incurred in the performance of their duties to a
  1 17 maximum of thirty thousand dollars per year for the
  1 18 commission.  Each member shall post a bond in the
  1 19 amount of ten thousand dollars, with sureties to be
  1 20 approved by the governor, to guarantee the proper
  1 21 handling and accounting of moneys and other properties
  1 22 required in the administration of this chapter.  The
  1 23 premiums on the bonds shall be paid as other expenses
  1 24 of the commission be covered by the blanket surety
  1 25 bond of the state purchased pursuant to section
  1 26 8A.321, subsection 12."
