  1  7 "dollars." and inserting the following:  "dollars
  1  8 shall be twenty-five percent."

  1 10 be as follows:"

  1 12    #6.  Page 25, by striking lines 2 and 3 and
  1 13 inserting the following:  "fund specified in section
