  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8072, to House File 2302 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 6, by inserting after line 2, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 99D.9, Code 2003, is amended by
  1  6 adding the following new subsection:
  1  7    NEW SUBSECTION.  6A.  A license shall not be
  1  8 granted to a nonprofit corporation if the number of
  1  9 members of the governing board of the nonprofit
  1 10 corporation representing or having a financial
  1 11 interest in a particular horse breed that would race
  1 12 at the licensee's facility exceeds the number of
  1 13 members of the governing board representing or having
  1 14 a financial interest in another particular horse breed
  1 15 that would race at the licensee's facility."
  1 16    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
