  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8102, to House File 2302 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 8 through 12 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "procedure for reviewing and
  1  5 evaluating recipients of grants from the licensee once
  1  6 the grant recipient has received funds from the
  1  7 licensee.  The procedure shall also provide that
  1  8 recipients of grants show how the grant has been spent
  1  9 according to the objective in the grant application
  1 10 prior to any new grants being awarded to them from the
  1 11 licensee.""
