  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8072, to House File 2302 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, line 12, by striking the words and
  1  4 figures "subsections 1, 2, 3, and", and inserting the
  1  5 following:  "subsection".
  1  6    #2.  Page 2, line 13, by striking the word "are",
  1  7 and inserting the following:  "is".
  1  8    #3.  By striking page 2, line 14 through page 3,
  1  9 line 6, and inserting the following:
  1 10    "4.  Commission members are each entitled to
  1 11 receive an annual salary of six thousand dollars.
  1 12 Members shall also be reimbursed for actual expenses
  1 13 incurred in the performance of their duties to a
  1 14 maximum of thirty thousand dollars per year for the
  1 15 commission.  Each member shall post a bond in the
  1 16 amount of ten thousand dollars, with sureties to be
  1 17 approved by the governor, to guarantee the proper
  1 18 handling and accounting of moneys and other properties
  1 19 required in the administration of this chapter.  The
  1 20 premiums on the bonds shall be paid as other expenses
  1 21 of the commission be covered by the blanket surety
  1 22 bond of the state purchased pursuant to section
  1 23 8A.321, subsection 12."
  1 24    #4.  Page 3, line 12, by striking the word
  1 25 "voting".
  1 26    #5.  Page 23, line 27, by striking the words
  1 27 "membership and".
