Senator Lamberti moved that the bill, as amended by the House
and concurred in by the Senate, be read the last time now and placed
upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the bill
was read the last time.

Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent to take up
for consideration Senate Resolution 166.

Senate Resolution 166

On motion of Senator Iverson, Senate Resolution 166, a Senate
resolution relating to daily operations of the Senate, was taken up for
consideration.

Senator Iverson moved the adoption of Senate Resolution 166,
which motion prevailed by a voice vote.
