The Senate stood at ease at 9:15 p.m. until the fall of the gavel for
the purpose of a Democratic caucus.

The Senate resumed session at 9:34 p.m., President Kramer
presiding.

Senator Bolkcom offered amendment S-5513, filed by Senators
Bolkcom and Kibbie from the floor to page 29 of the bill, and moved
its adoption.

A record roll call was requested.

On the question "Shall amendment S-5513 be adopted?"
