The Senate resumed consideration of House File 2559, a bill for
an act relating to child protection confidentiality requirements
involving the department of human services, deferred April 10, 2002.

Senator Shearer withdrew the motion to reconsider the vote by
which amendment S-5215 to House File 2559 was adopted by the
Senate on April 10, 2002, filed by him on April 10, 2002, and found on
page 1104 of the Senate Journal.
