CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION

Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent to take up
for consideration House Concurrent Resolution 122.
House Concurrent Resolution 122
On motion of Senator Iverson, House Concurrent Resolution 122, a
concurrent resolution requesting the Supreme Court to implement a
review and development of options to improve performance of
guardian ad litem duties, with report of committee recommending
passage, was taken up for consideration.
Senator Iverson moved the adoption of House Concurrent
Resolution 122, which motion prevailed by a voice vote.
CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION

Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent to take up
for consideration House Concurrent Resolution 123.
House Concurrent Resolution 123
On motion of Senator Iverson, House Concurrent Resolution 123, a
concurrent resolution requesting the governor to appoint a blue
ribbon committee to make recommendations regarding the child
welfare, child mental health, and juvenile justice systems in the state
of Iowa, with report of committee recommending passage, was taken
up for consideration.
Senator Iverson moved the adoption of House Concurrent
Resolution 123, which motion prevailed by a voice vote.

Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent to take up
for consideration Senate Concurrent Resolution 118.
