S-5499, filed by Senators Redwine and McKean from the floor to
page 1 of amendment S-5487.

Senator Harper offered amendment S-5498, filed by Senator
Harper, et al., from the floor to pages 9-10 and 22-23 of the bill, and
moved its adoption.

Amendment S-5498 was adopted by a voice vote.

Senator Lundby withdrew amendment S-5442, filed by her on
April 10, 2002, to pages 16 and 23 of the bill.

Senator McKinley moved that the bill be read the last time now
and placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote,
and the bill was read the last time.

On the question "Shall the bill pass?" (H.F. 2622), the vote was:
