The Secretary of the Senate submitted the following report:
MADAM PRESIDENT: The Secretary of the Senate respectfully reports that the
following bills have been enrolled, signed by the President of the Senate and the
Speaker of the House, and presented to the Governor for his approval on this 8th day of
April, 2002:

BILLS SIGNED BY THE GOVERNOR
A communication was received announcing that on April 5, 2002,
the Governor approved and transmitted to the Secretary of State the
following bills:
S.F. 2146 - Establishing a criminal offense for an act of terrorism, changing related
criminal penalties, and providing a penalty.
S.F. 2277 - Creating a new category of confidential public records in the custody of
certain airports, municipal corporations, utilities, or water districts, and allowing a
governmental body to hold a closed session to discuss such confidential records.
