Senator Lamberti raised the point of order that amendment
S-5333 was not germane to the bill.

of order.
Senator Hammond offered amendment S-5336, filed by her from
the floor to pages 110, 128, and 129 of the bill.
Senator Hammond called for the following division of amendment
