  1  3 "100,351,905" and inserting the following:

  1  5    #2.  Page 128, line 22, by striking the figure
  1  6 "11,848,605" and inserting the following:
  1  7 "12,043,178".
  1  8    #3.  Page 129, by inserting before line 9, the
  1  9 following:
  1 10    "   .  For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2002,
  1 11 notwithstanding contrary provisions of chapter 237A,
  1 12 the department is not required to perform the child
  1 13 care regulatory functions required of the department
  1 14 under chapter 237A."
