With the adoption of amendment S-5275, the Chair ruled
amendment S-5278, filed by Senator McKibben from the floor to
pages 1, 4, 6, 8, and 9 of the bill, out of order.

Senator Kramer asked and received unanimous consent that
action on Senate File 2322 be deferred.

IMMEDIATELY MESSAGED

Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent that
House Files 2193 and 2582 be immediately messaged to the
House.

ADJOURNMENT

On motion of Senator Iverson, the Senate adjourned at 1:09 p.m.
until 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 1, 2002.
