Senate File 2318
The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 2318, a bill for
an act relating to the tax on premiums and subscriber contract
payments received by insurance companies and health service
corporations by phasing in a reduction in the tax and increasing the
prepayment of the tax, previously deferred.
Senator Connolly offered amendment S-5271, filed by him from the
floor to pages 2, 3, and to the title page of the bill, and moved its
adoption.
A record roll call was requested.
