  1  6 zero percent."
  1  7    #2.  Page 3, by striking lines 3 and 4 and
  1  8 inserting the following:
  1  9    "e.  For the 2007 calendar year, one percent.
  1 10    f.  For the 2008 and subsequent calendar years,
  1 11 zero percent."
  1 12    #3.  Title page, line 3, by striking the words "a
  1 13 reduction in" and inserting the following:  "the
