Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent to take up
for consideration Senate File 2318.

Senate File 2318

On motion of Senator McKibben, Senate File 2318, a bill for an
act relating to the tax on premiums and subscriber contract payments
received by insurance companies and health service corporations by
phasing in a reduction in the tax and increasing the prepayment of
the tax, was taken up for consideration.
