Senator Connolly withdrew amendment S-5191, filed by him from
the floor to page 1 and to the title provisions of amendment S-5162.
Senator King offered amendment S-5221, filed by Senators King,
Behn, and Rehberg from the floor to page 1 and to the title provisions
of amendment S-5162.
Senator King asked and received unanimous consent to withdraw
amendment S-5221.
Senator Angelo moved the adoption of amendment S-5162, which
motion prevailed by a voice vote.
Senator Fiegen offered amendment S-5222, filed by him from the
floor to page 1 and to the title page of the bill.
The Senate stood at ease at 4:33 p.m. until the fall of the gavel.
The Senate resumed session at 4:41 p.m., President Pro Tempore
McKean presiding.
Senator Fiegen withdrew amendment S-5222.
Senator Fiegen offered amendment S-5224, filed by him from the
floor to page 1 and to the title page of the bill, and moved its adoption.
Amendment S-5224 was adopted by a voice vote.
President Kramer took the chair at 5:24 p.m.
