  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 4, by striking the words "shall
  1  4 cause a" and inserting the following:  "may cause an".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, line 7, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "district." the following:  "Each school district is
  1  7 encouraged to seek the assistance of veterans'
  1  8 organizations and other community groups in obtaining
  1  9 flags for classrooms."
  1 10    #3.  Title page, lines 3 and 4, by striking the
  1 11 words ", and providing an effective date".
