Final Bill Action: *HOUSE FILE 2430, a bill for an act providing for the mental
health and developmental disabilities commission to assume the duties of the state-
county management committee and provides new rulemaking authority associated
with those duties.
Recommendation: AMEND AND DO PASS, AS PROVIDED IN AMENDMENT S-5173.
