Senate File 2169
On motion of Senator Black, Senate File 2169, a bill for an act
relating to the regulation and protection of wildlife by prohibiting the
taking of mussels with a sport fishing license and including black
bears and mountain lions as fur-bearing animals, was taken up for
consideration.
Senator King offered amendment S-5095, filed by Senators King
and Behn from the floor to page 1 of the bill.
Senator King asked and received unanimous consent that action
on amendment S-5095 and Senate File 2169 be deferred.

Senator Angelo asked and received unanimous consent to take up
for consideration Senate Joint Resolution 2003.
