On motion of Senator Schuerer, Senate File 2203, a bill for an act
providing for access to the Iowa communications network by
homeland security or defense facilities, was taken up for
consideration.
Senator Dvorsky asked and received unanimous consent that
action on Senate File 2203 be deferred.
