MOTION TO RECONSIDER WITHDRAWN

Senate File 2103

Senator Redfern withdrew the following motion to reconsider filed
by him from the floor:

MADAM PRESIDENT: I move to reconsider the vote by which Senate File 2103
passed the Senate on February 7, 2002.

IMMEDIATELY MESSAGED

Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent that
Senate File 2103 be immediately messaged to the House.

ADJOURNMENT

On motion of Senator Iverson, the Senate adjourned at 3:55 p.m.
until 9:00 a.m. Friday, February 8, 2002.
