21 deemed of immediate importance, takes effect April 30,
22 2002, and, if approved by the governor after April 30,
23 2002, shall apply retroactively to April 30, 2002.
24 2. Section 7 of this Act, striking".
25 4. Title page, line 2, by striking the word
26 "date" and" inserting the following: "and retroactive
27 applicability dates".

The motion prevailed and the House concurred in the Senate
amendment H-8571.

Jenkins of Black Hawk moved that the bill, as amended by the
Senate and concurred in by the House, be read a last time now and
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read
a last time.
