SENATE AMENDMENT CONSIDERED
Jenkins of Black Hawk called up for consideration House File
2378, a bill for an act relating to the enterprise zone program and
providing an effective date, amended by the Senate, and moved that
the House concur in the following Senate amendment H-8571:
H-8571
1 Amend House File 2378, as amended, passed, and
2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
3 1. Page 4, by striking lines 28 through 30 and
4 inserting the following: "in a building space must
5 create at least ten full-time positions, meet the
6 criteria provided in section 15E.193,".
7 2. Page 4, by striking lines 33 through 35 and
8 inserting the following: "business. A development
9 business shall receive a pro rata share of the total
10 incentives and assistance available to the development
11 business based on the percentage of the building that
