group to develop an interstate prescription drug purchasing cooperative, and the
members of the Conference Committee on the part of the Senate are: The Senator from
Scott, Senator Tinsman, Chair; the Senator from Iowa, Senator Schuerer; the Senator
from Black Hawk, Senator Harper; the Senator from Jefferson, Senator Miller; the
Senator from Washington, Senator Shearer.

concurrence of the House is asked:
Senate File 2317, a bill for an act relating to the tobacco master settlement
agreement, including tobacco product manufacturer compliance, making an
appropriation, and providing penalties.
