Brunkhorst of Bremer offered the following amendment H-8500
filed by him from the floor and moved its adoption:

H-8500

1 Amend House File 2615 as follows:
2 1. Page 4, by inserting after line 2, the
3 following:
4 "(4) Of the funds appropriated in this paragraph
5 "a", not less than 80 percent of the amount expended
6 in the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2001, for
7 community partnerships shall be expended in the fiscal
8 year beginning July 1, 2002, for that purpose."
9 2. By renumbering as necessary.
