3 1. Page 1, line 4, by inserting after the word
4 "report" the following: "annually".
5 2. Page 1, by striking line 8 and inserting the
6 following: "2004, and not later than January 1 of
7 each subsequent year.""

On motion by Van Engelenhoven of Mahaska amendment H-
8475A, as amended, was adopted.
Van Engelenhoven of Mahaska asked and received unanimous
consent to withdraw amendment H-8475B.
