MOTION TO RECONSIDER PREVAILED

Bradley of Clinton called up for consideration the motion to
reconsider House File 583, filed on March 25, 2002, and moved to
reconsider the vote by which House File 583, a bill for an act
relating to the certification of persons providing water pump services,
failed to pass the House on March 25, 2002.

A non-record roll call was requested.

The ayes were 59, nays 14.

The motion prevailed and the House reconsidered House File 583.

Bradley of Clinton moved that the bill be read a last time now and
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read
a last time.

On the question "Shall the bill pass?" (H.F. 583)
