The motion to reconsider lost, placing out of order the motion to
reconsider filed by Schrader of Marion from the floor.

IMMEDIATE MESSAGE

Rants of Woodbury asked and received unanimous consent that
Senate File 429 be immediately messaged to the Senate.

SENATE MESSAGE CONSIDERED

Senate File 2296, by committee on state government, a bill for an
act relating to voter registration forms, registered voter identification
numbers, and voter registration lists.

Read first time and referred to committee on state government.

EXPLANATIONS OF VOTE

I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on March 12 and
13, 2002. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on House
Files 661, 2202, 2416, 2418, 2430, 2447, 2448, 2459, 2488, 2506, 2507,
2510, 2514, 2515, 2518, 2539, 2541, 2546, 2547, 2549, 2552, 2553,

BRAUNS of Muscatine

I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on March 14,
2002. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on House Files
2455, 2555 and Senate File 429.
