MR. SPEAKER: The Chief Clerk of the House respectfully reports
that the following committee recommendations have been received

COMMITTEE ON ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 531), relating to the enterprise zone
program and providing an effective date.
Fiscal Note is not required.
Recommended Amend and Do Pass February 14, 2002.
COMMITTEE ON EDUCATION
Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 518), eliminating teacher licensure of
community college faculty; requiring community colleges to develop, approve, and
implement a quality faculty and staff plan; and providing for related matters and an
effective date.
Fiscal Note is not required.
Recommended Amend and Do Pass February 14, 2002.
COMMITTEE ON HUMAN RESOURCES
Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 592), relating to public assistance
benefits received by persons who were not entitled or eligible to receive the benefits,
providing criminal and civil penalties, and appropriating certain penalties received.
Fiscal Note is not required.
Recommended Amend and Do Pass February 14, 2002.
