Senate File 335, a bill for an act relating to species of animals by
classifying certain species as livestock and providing exemptions from
the sales and use tax for feed used to support the species, with report
of committee recommending amendment and passage, was taken up
for consideration.

Hoffman of Crawford offered the following amendment H-8032
filed by the committee on ways and means and moved its adoption:
