EXPLANATIONS OF VOTE
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on February 4,
2002. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on House Files

I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on January 31,
2002. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on House Files
2116 and 2138.
