H.S.B. 544 Judiciary
Applying the death penalty or life imprisonment for the offense of
first degree murder, by establishing circumstances under which the
death penalty will be applied, by providing a minimum age for
imposition of a death sentence, by providing for review of death
sentences, by providing for execution by lethal injection, by amending
the rules of criminal procedure, and by providing an effective date
and for the Act's applicability.
H.S.B. 545 Appropriations
Authorizing the state board of regents to issue bonds to construct,
improve, remodel, repair, furnish, and equip inpatient and outpatient
facilities and patient care facilities at the university of Iowa hospitals
and clinics.
