1 5 inserting the following:
1 6 "b. The investment of resources from the Iowa fund
1 7 of funds in Iowa businesses within three years of the
1 8 effective date of this Act.
1 9 c. A cumulative rate of return on venture
1 10 investments of the Iowa fund of funds equal to a
1 11 minimum of one and one-half percentage points above
1 12 the ten-year treasury bill rate in effect at the end
1 13 of five years following the effective date of this
1 14 Act."
1 15 #3. Page 4, line 4, by striking the words "and
1 16 investments made by".
1 17 #4. Page 4, line 34, by inserting after the word
1 18 "year." the following: "The board shall indicate on
1 19 the tax certificate the principal amount of the tax
1 20 credit and the taxable year or years for which the
1 21 credit may be claimed."
1 22 #5. Page 11, by inserting after line 29 the
1 23 following:
1 24 "i. Upon the liquidation of the Iowa fund of
1 25 funds, the Iowa capital investment corporation shall
1 26 file a report with the general assembly stating how
1 27 many jobs in this state were created through
1 28 investments made by the Iowa fund of funds."
1 29 #6. Page 13, line 29, by inserting after the word
1 30 "year." the following: "The board shall indicate on
