  Senator Behn moved the adoption of amendment S-3698, as
  amended, which motion prevailed by a voice vote.

  With the adoption of amendment S-3698, the Chair ruled
  amendment S-3383, filed by Senator Freeman on April 18, 2001, to
  page 2 of the bill, out of order.

  Senator Behn moved that the bill be read the last time now and
  placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and
  the bill was read the last time.
