Redfern Redwine Rittmer Shearer Soukup Tinsman Zieman Absent or not voting, 2: Dearden Lundby Amendment S-3715 lost. Senator Iverson offered amendment S-3710, filed by him from the floor to pages 1 and 2 of amendment S-3698, and moved its adoption. Amendment S-3710 was adopted by a voice vote. Senator Behn moved the adoption of amendment S-3698, as amended, which motion prevailed by a voice vote. With the adoption of amendment S-3698, the Chair ruled amendment S-3383, filed by Senator Freeman on April 18, 2001, to page 2 of the bill, out of order. Senator Behn moved that the bill be read the last time now and placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the bill was read the last time. On the question "Shall the bill pass?"
