  The Senate resumed consideration of House File 696.

  Senator King offered amendment S-3715, filed by Senators King,
  Rehberg, and Schuerer from the floor to page 1 of amendment
  S-3698.

  President Kramer took the chair at 4:15 p.m.

  The Senate stood at ease at 4:16 p.m. until the fall of the gavel for
  the purpose of a party caucus.

  The Senate resumed session at 4:41 p.m., President Kramer
  presiding.

  Senator King moved the adoption of amendment S-3715 to
  amendment S-3698.

  A record roll call was requested.

  On the question "Shall amendment S-3715 to amendment S-3698
