Senator Soukup offered amendment S-3620, filed by Senator Soukup, et al., on May 2, 2001, to pages 12 and 13 of the bill. President Kramer took the chair at 2:15 p.m. Senator Soukup moved the adoption of amendment S-3620. Amendment S-3620 lost by a voice vote.
