  Department of Education's program, Regional Autism Services program, to
  continue
  compiling and maintaining yearly records regarding individuals with autism
  and
  related disorders.

  Recommendation:  DO PASS.

  Final Vote:  Ayes, 10:  Iverson, Kramer, Gronstal, Boettger, Dvorsky, Fink,
  Gaskill,
  Harper, McKean, and Rittmer.  Nays, none.  Absent or not voting, 1:
  Johnson.

  Fiscal Note:  NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

  ALSO:

  Final Bill Action:  SENATE RESOLUTION 44, a resolution recognizing Don
  "Skip"
  Meisner upon his retirement.

  Recommendation:  DO PASS.
