  Senator Lamberti offered amendment S-3660, filed by him from
  the floor to pages 12 and 13 of the bill, and moved its adoption.

  Amendment S-3660 was adopted by a voice vote.

  With the adoption of amendment S-3660, the Chair ruled
  amendment S-3661, filed by Senators Flynn and Lamberti from the
  floor to page 12 of the bill, out of order.

  Senator Lamberti offered amendment S-3692, filed by him from
  the floor to pages 6-10 of the bill, and moved its adoption.

  Amendment S-3692 was adopted by a voice vote.

  Senator  Lamberti moved that the bill be read the last time now
  and placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote,
  and the bill was read the last time.
