  INTRODUCTION OF RESOLUTION

  Senate Joint Resolution 8, by Iverson, Kramer, and Gronstal, a
  joint resolution authorizing the temporary use and consumption of
  wine in the State Capitol at a dinner held in conjunction with a
  national educational program relating to food safety and genetic
  engineering organized by the State Legislative Leaders Foundation
  and Iowa State University.

  Read first time and referred to committee on Rules and
  Administration.
