  floor to page 3 of the bill, and moved its adoption.

  Amendment S-3492 lost by a voice vote.

  Senator Kibbie offered amendment S-3491, filed by Senators
  Kibbie and Horn from the floor to page 12 of the bill, and moved its
  adoption.
