  The Senate resumed consideration of House File 502, a bill for an

  facilities or operations, making penalties applicable, and providing
  penalties and civil liability, deferred April 18, 2001 (amendment
  S-3367 pending).

  Senator Fiegen offered amendment S-3461, filed by him from the
  floor to pages 2 and 4-6 of the bill, and moved its adoption.
