  Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent that
  Senate Joint Resolution 3 and Senate File 289 be immediately
  messaged to the House.

  RECESS

  On motion of Senator Iverson, the Senate recessed at 2:01 p.m.
  until 5:00 p.m.
